Your Skip Bin will be automatically collected in 7 days, unless otherwise negotiated with the office when booking. Please note that all communications must be made through the office, not your driver. If you get done with your bin early, please call us on 8588 1395 to book an early pickup.


This is for transport safety and compliance. Your driver may remove objects and leave them behind if they are not comfortable transporting the load.


These materials need to be kept separate to prevent cost blowouts. Your bin has a weight allowance included which is realistic provided you are not mixing these materials in your rubbish. If you happen to exceed this allowance, (which can still happen depending on your waste,) extra charges may apply. Mixing in these types of materials with general waste virtually guarantees an extra charge will be required, due to the relative weight of these materials versus general rubbish.

Penalties apply. We can advise and even assist on disposal of most materials, they just cannot go in your skip. Please call 8588 1395 for more information. Items found hidden in skip will be charged at a higher rate than if disposed of correctly. Batteries are disposed of free of charge but must be transported separate. Paint can be disposed of once it is set hard in the tin, as it is neither liquid nor toxic once set.


Mattresses: Mattresses are surcharged at $60 each. To avoid this charge you can strip all of the material from the metal springs inside the mattress, and then all of the material can be placed inside the bin without the item being a mattress anymore.
